In-person dealership visits and test drives alongside you
Real-time guidance during negotiations at the dealership

No Affiliation
Anchorpoint Auto Consulting is entirely independent and has no financial relationship, referral arrangement, or affiliation with any dealership, manufacturer, lender, or insurance provider. Any referrals or recommendations made by Anchorpoint are based solely on the client's stated needs and publicly available information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anchorpoint Auto Consulting and its owner(s) and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from a vehicle transaction. Anchorpoint’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by a client to Anchorpoint pursuant to a duly executed agreement in writing.
Third-Party Information
Anchorpoint presents pricing data, reliability information, and market conditions from third-party sources in good faith. Clients agree to independently verify material details prior to making any purchasing decision.
Discount and Membership Programs
Information regarding manufacturer discount programs, membership-based savings programs (including but not limited to Costco Auto Program, CAA, and union or employer group programs), rebates, and incentives is provided for general guidance only. Eligibility, availability, and amounts vary and must be confirmed by the client, directly with the relevant dealership, manufacturer, or program administrator. Anchorpoint does not guarantee eligibility for or access to any discount or membership program.
Privacy
Anchorpoint collects, uses, and retains client personal information solely for the purpose of delivering the services described in the Client Service Agreement, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, and the federal laws of Canada, applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of Anchorpoint Auto Consulting's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.
